OUR 5 step cleaning process

Pre-Vacuum

Dry soil is removed by vacuuming.

Pre-spray

A preconditioning agent is applied to break down traffic area soil and different spots for a more careful cleaning.

Pre-spot

Difficult spots or stains are pre-treated with special cleaning solutions in order for the spots or stains to be removed easier.

Extract and Rinse

Once the soil has been loosened, we use a proper cleaning agent with high pressured water accompanied by a vacuum combination that extracts dirt from your floors.

Speed Dry

High-speed air movers are put on the cover promptly for a quicker drying.

ROTOVAC 360i

We use a cleaning unit that is mounted on the floor of a van. With this we use our steam cleaning system. That is capable of heating water up to 230 degrees with vacuum power that is strong enough to leave it only slightly damp.

ROTOVAC 360i

The ROTOVAC 360i uses turning vacuum heads to have profound clean carpet with several multi-directional cleaning passes. The variable head has a speed that can be adjusted from 0 to 250 RPM.
